Product Warnings

Our products are meant for the skin and not as a food. Never eat our products. Lip scrubs are safe to lick off, however it should not be scooped and eaten as snacks or food. 

Patch Test Products Before Applying

ALLERGY ALERT: 

Our products contain oils derived from nuts and seeds. Our formulas are usually coconut-free, however check the labels of all products before using. Full ingredients are available in the drop-down description found on each product page. Test product on a small patch of skin either on arm or leg to ensure your skin is non-reactive to the product. We are not liable for any reactions or mis-use of our products. Our products are not FDA approved.

IT'S SUMMER TIME, WILL MY BUTTERS MELT DURING SHIPPING?

Our body butters are made of pure oils and butters, which make them vulnerable to melt in temperatures above 74 degrees. To ensure your body butters make it to in tact we ask you select a 2 day or less shipping option. We also ask you keep track of your delivery and remove them from mailboxes, or outdoor areas as soon as they are delivered. If you would like to add thermal packaging for extra protection against the heat, we recommend adding the extra option located in the body butter section. We have had a 100% success rate in tact products when following these procedures.  We do NOT offer refunds or replacements for melted butters or scrubs. Our butter cream never melts so consider purchasing those if you are in a hot state. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR HELP.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS or CONTAINERS ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

All orders are insured up to $100. You may submit a claim for lost packages or damaged products via the carrier that delivered to you. Keep your packing slip for proof of purchase and take pictures of damaged items for your claim. If you need assistance with this claim feel free to contact us for help.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR BUTTERS MELT?

If your body butters melt, place them in the refrigerator to solidify and use as normal. The nutrients of the oils and butters have not been damaged and will still have the same skin-loving effects, they just no longer have their fluff. If you want to fluff them back up, scoop product into a small mixing bowl and use a power hand mixer. Try not to whip for more than 3-5 minutes. They may deflate again.
